Mission Trail Park is the perfect place for a nice nature walk and to take in some views of the Carmel Mission and Point Lobos. Dogs are permitted off-leash but must be under voice control.The park is set on 37 acres of California Coastal native vegetation, with plenty of easy hiking trails.
There are two entry points to the park – one on Mountainview Avenue and the other on Rio Road, adjacent to the Carmel Mission. Be sure to bring plenty of water.
