Wellington Point Recreation Reserve is dog friendly and a great place to take your pooch.
One of the top highlights here is the natural sand bridge which becomes exposed during low tide, making it possible to walk over to King Island.
Beware that dogs are only allowed to be walked on-leash at Wellington Point Recreation Reserve and are only permitted in the area on weekdays and before 9am and after 4pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Dogs are prohibited at all other times and penalties apply.
