How do I add a place on

We’re excited that you’re interested to add a pet friendly place on! To get started, visit our Add Listing page and select the listing type you would like to add. You can add places, events, accommodations, services and restaurants.

How much does it cost to add a pet friendly place?

All listing types offer various pricing plans, you can chose from a free plan or paid plan.

Do you offer discounts for paid listing packages?

From time to time we may have a special offer so keep your eyes open!

What is the Embed Rating Widget?

Once your listing is published, you will see a orange box in the header section called ” Get rating widget embed code”.
Don’t worry only you can see this and nobody else!
You can add this code to your website if you wish to.

Do you offer refunds?

You are entitled to a refund if …
1. The goods or service do not work as described to you and our best efforts have not resolved the issue. This means, if the service does not work as described on the web site and we tried to fix it, but were unable to.

2. You forgot to cancel your subscription and notify us with 2 working days.

3. The payment was unauthorised by you. In this case you must notify us within 7 working days of payment.

Please note we charge a $5 service fee for all refunds.

You are not entitled to a refund if…

1. You have simply changed your mind.

2. You discovered the goods or services cheaper elsewhere.

3. Your circumstances change (closed down or no longer pet friendly).
4. You  forgot to cancel your subscription and notify us after 2 working days. (We send reminders before processing payment, so you have enough time to cancel your subscription.
5. You do not have proof of purchase.

Cancelling Subscriptions

It is a client’s responsibility to cancel payments authorised through PayPal. If you decide to cancel your subscription and discontinue using our service, please cancel your subscription from your dashboard and ALSO remember to login to your PayPal and cancel the authorisation. (see instruction here for Paypal). If you do not have a PayPal account, you may request for us to cancel the subscriptions through our PayPal. However, it is up to you to contact us if you would like us to do that.
What happens to my listing if I cancel my subscription or the payment failed?

Your listing will be downgraded to a free listing until you pay the renewal.

Can I have my listing removed from

Our goal is to be a complete source of travel information for our users. Therefore, we will not remove a listing unless the business is permanently closed or no longer pet friendly. If that is the case, please email us. 

Can I delete my account on and what happens to any listing I created?

You may request your account to be deleted by contacting us via info[at] All listing associated with your account will be transferred to us, but will still remain live as stated above.

My business is already listed, how can I claim it?

If your business is already listing on, then you will need to buy a subscription to claim the listing.  If your not in a position to do that we are more than happy to update any incorrect information on the listing, should there be any. If you do wish to pay to claim your listing then you will need to click the claim listing link at the very bottom of the listing page. If you don’t see this link, please send us an email

Is it possible to modify a review?

No. Once published, your review cannot be edited. If you would like to delete your review or make changes, please contact us.

When will my review be published?

Reviews are not published instantly on our site and go through a spam checking process before being published. We aim to keep our site as transparent as possible, however your review may be removed/not approved if it violates our terms and conditions. 

Can I delete my account?

If you would like to delete your account, please let us know. Any posts associated with your account will become associated with us. We do not delete posts unless the place is shut down or no longer pet friendly.

Can I upload a photo to my review?

Yes. Please remember that all photos submitted to must be your original photos and contain appropriate content. Please check our terms and conditions for more information. 

I noticed something incorrect on a listing. Can I let you know about it?

We really appreciate you for helping us keep up with the most up-to-date information! Please send us an email or message so we can update any outdated information. info[@]

Can I book accommodation directly through you or how does it work?

No. To book an accommodation, you’ll need to contact the accommodation provider directly. Phone numbers, websites, and email addresses are provided for most listings. On some listings you will be redirected to our affiliates such as Vrbo and TripAdvisor. As all bookings/reservations must be made directly with the accommodation provider/s, does not have access to your reservation information nor do we store any of your reservation/booking information.
